Get the First Haven Installment Now!
Brick Cave Art is looking to put 25 copies of Tribal Stories 8 into the hands of some lucky fans… so we are doing it the best we we know how. We are offering 25 fans the opportunity to pre-pay for Tribal Stories 8 from Tribe Studios which contains the first six page installment of The Stories of Haven. Since we are asking for peeps to pre-pay, we are waiving shipping, so you get it for JUST the cover price.
Remember, we are looking to get the 25 orders before we get the issues, so you should order sooner rather than later.

What if we told you that ONE of those 25 issues would be signed by the writers and artists involved in making the Haven Story? So, you are probably wondering to yourself, “Where’s the Haven gang going to be for Free Comic Book Day?”
Well, now you can answer yourself with “Self, EVERYWHERE!”
Here’s the lowdown on who is where… times may vary, so check with the store in question for when their guests will be available.
Melvin Lambert is the lead artist with Brick Cave Media, handing projects such as Subterfuge and producing a series of Godzilla related prints. As the pencil pusher for the Haven series, Melvin’s task is to bring the characters to life visually for readers. He will be signing exclusive FCBD posters.
Melvin will be appearing at Drawn to Comics for Free Comic Book day, with rumors that he may pop elsewhere during the day as well. Keep your ears and eyes tuned right here for more new about Melvin’s appearance.

So, you are probably wondering to yourself, “Where’s the Haven gang going to be for Free Comic Book Day?”
Well, now you can answer yourself with “Self, EVERYWHERE!”
Here’s the lowdown on who is where… times may vary, so check with the store in question for when their guests will be available.
Join Haven Co-Writer Joseph Nieves at Gotham City Comics and Coffee for Free Comic Book day 2013. Joseph will be signing the exclusive poster for the upcoming series and answering questions about this new adventure. Joseph has been connected to comics for most of his life, and would love to share his favorite stores and characters with fans.
In addition to his work on Haven, Joseph is also a co-host of the podcast What Are We Doing Here, releasing new episodes twice a month and discussing everything from Comics to Music and Pop Culture.
Joseph has also been a performance poet, with his CD Comics Are For Lovers set to be re-released by Brick Cave Audio in 2013.

Ivan Chavez will be signing posters and meeting new fans at Pop Culture Comics in Tempe, AZ. Ivan is a co-writer for the series, and loves nothing more than to talk about Comics. In addition to his Haven work, Ivan is starting TWO columns also related to Comics, one for the local nerd blog Nerdvana and a second for the Pop Culture blog The Wod. Come by and say Hi to Ivan!
